NJ was home of the textile industry and many clothes and patches and other similar items were manufactured by many factories back in the day. Almost all of these are now gone, but what happened to all the merchandise? Once in awhile we come across small lots of items that were manufactured, but never used or sold. We have a small lot of vintage video game sew on / iron on patches.
This patch is for the cool game Tempest, put out by Atari and dated 1982 on the patch itself. Patch measures about 3"" wide as shown in the photo. We have duplicates of the patch, so there may be very slight variations in size or color. Photo shows one of our stock. I believe these are the last 4 we have in our inventory. We've sold dozens over the years. Patch may have light bends and glue on back may be cracked. US customers receive free 1st class shipping.
