16 - Sept. 1993 - VG/FN (Water Damage at the top) - "The God of Fear: Part One" sees Batman taking on the deranged Scarecrow by Alan Grant, Brent Blevins and Mike Manley!
17 - Sept. 1993 - NM- continues with "The God of Fear: storyline, as the Scarecrow AND Anarky plot to take out Batman!!
18 - Oct. 1993 - NM- is the Conclusion of "The God of Fear" story, as Batman gets gassed--and seems to be about to lose--but defeats The Scarecrow in the end!
23 - Jan. 1994 - NM- sees Bruce Wayne go undercover in a wealthy club--and is joined by the Vigilante known as The Hood to find out why they are stealing corpses!
32 - Nov. 1994 - NM- "Prodigal: Part Two" sees Batman and Robin hunting down Scarface and the Ventriloquist! Two-Face prepares to make his move, too!
36 - March 1995 - FN - "Black Canary: In the Name of the Father" sees Batman seeking Black Canary after she is threatening all the vermin of Gotham after a child is murdered!
38 - May 1995 - NM - "THE JOKER: Tears of a Clown" by Alan Grant, Barry Kitson and Scott Hanna sees The Joker barricade a Theatre and puts on his own deadly show--even as a man named Wilde Norton is planning to murder The Joker--no matter who gets in his way!
39 - June 1995 - NM- Batman takes on the supremely powerful and already dead Solomon Grundy!!
40 - July 1995 - NM- "Prophet of Doom!" sees Batman taking on Anarky while a Middle Eastern Prophet predicts the final days and takes them both captive!
