Overall condition is acceptable. The front cover has moderate to heavy edge wear, a crease running parallel to the spine as caused by reading, a chip on the lower edge and in the very lower right corner, and shelf wear. The back cover has moderate to heavy edge wear, a crease running parallel to the spine, a small dog ear crease in the lower left corner, and shelf wear. The spine has two vertical creases with heavy edge wear on the bottom edge, with two small tears. Interior pages have discolored with age and the name "Iris" is written in black marker on the inside front cover.
