A 4 x 5 7/8 inch printing photoed and 1969 copyrighted by Rudolf K. Meyer, card #170412. Sharp, clean and glossy with no writing or mailing. The back reads:

"Point Reyes Light, clinging grimly to the bold, dark, rocky headland, 294 feet above the pounding seas, and 304 steps below a wind-swept observation deck, has served as a guide to the mariner since 1870. The point of land from which the light obtains its name juts menacingly into the Pacific Ocean, as if determined to guard well the northern approaches to the Golden Gate."
