Copyright 1931, with lyrics by Dorthy Dick and Bert Lown. Nice photo of Bert on the cover! 5 pages of sheet music in exceptional condition. A little toning of the pages but no markings, tears or creases that I can see. Written for piano with the ukulele arrangement and chords by May Singhi Breen - known as "The Ukulele Lady".
