Seller's Description
Here's a comparison view to the previous Tomb listing. Just as nice, with only light soiling. No creases, tears or mailing. From C.T. American Art, card #R-70546, and published by B.S. Reynolds Co. The reverse of the card reads:
"This was the original tomb in which Washington rested until the new Tomb was constructed in 1837. It was to the old tomb that Lafayette paid his memorial visit in 1824."
