Seller's Description

Bat Wing Victor Label from 1914 and one of the "Big Three" in label names. Here is a pair of classic pop tenor vocals in near-mint condition. Faint scratches (I count 3) and no scuff marks. Pretty sweet sounds for a 100 year-old recording! Additionally, you can see a rare 1914 American Red Cross Christmas Seal attached to the A side. By itself, this single stamp retails for $12.50 - $15.00.

Side 16741-A presents, "In The Garden Of My Heart", performed by Reed Miller. This American tenor had an active career as a concert and oratorio singer during the first quarter of the 20th century. He possessed a beautiful warm lyrical voice that was very expressive.

Side 16741-B offers "My Wild Irish Rose", sung by the Hayden Quartet, with orchestra.
