I bought this on a recent trip to Whitehorse, Yukon.

This Postcard features a picture of a prospector panning in an undisclosed creek somewhere in the Yukon.

This Postcard is new and has never been mailed.

It measures approximately 5-13/16 X 4 inches.

This postcard is in excellent condition.

The rear of the card reads:

What started it all!

Gold was discovered on Bonanza Creek, August 16, 1896 by George Carmack, Skookum Jim and Tagish Charlie. This event sparked the Great Klondike Gold Rush.
