Original Vintage Pressbooks
All items offered are genuine release (usually 1st), old, cinema movie items and so had a 'life' before sale, so unlikely ever to be mint.
This item: A rare set of Dave Lally's Summerisle News: Journal of The Wicker Man Appreciation Society (January 1980 - May 1981). My understanding is that this set of 5 is the complete run; an amateur enthusiast production, each issue is duplicator printed with a staple to top left corner. Contents include editiorial, letters, articles, photos etc. with around 6 - 8 pages an issue. Being an amateur publication is had a very limited release and so is now a collector's prize. (Not all pages shown here.)
Size: 8.4 x 11.76 inches approx. (closed)
Condition: (Range from Fine – Very Good – Good – Poor with ++ to - - for further differentiation) : Very Good ++ -: no fold; very good corners and edges with light wear; issue 1 has a coffee cup stain to cover and issue 5 has various handwritten notes to back page; pages all stapled securely; overall, very good copies. Complete and uncut
POST & PACKAGING: all items are securely packaged, for as a collector myself I appreciated the need for secure packaging and all materials used are new. Posting / shipping depends on the item value and under £10.00 1st class post will be used; for items over this amount a tracked system will be used for both UK and international postings / shipping.
