All items offered are genuine release (usually 1st), old, cinema movie items and so had a 'life' before sale, so unlikely ever to be mint.

This item:  A PRIME COLLECTABLE An exceedingly rare original release UK pressbook for this very early Bela Lugosi horror movie and the first feature length zombie movie in cinema history. Whilst panned by critics of the day later assessments have been more positive as the reputation of the movie has grown. The press book comprises 14 pages (missing the back cover) with a superb front cover displaying the posters available to UK cinemas of the day (no modern Quad, but a Quad Crown and even a gigantic 48 sheet). The contents are superb, as movies were very fully promoted in those days and this has a plethora of information concerning the release with many  illustrated advertising promotional ideas: articles on zombies, a challenge to see the movie alone, serialisation in newspapers, a waxworks competition etc. etc. as well as a very good range of article pages (full of information on the stars and the movie); very well illustrated throughout. This is most likely a one-off opportunity to acquire such a vintage piece which is nearly 100 years old.  Very Rare

Condition: (Range from Fine – Very Good – Good – Poor with ++ to - - for further differentiation) :  Very Good +-:  horizontal fold; good corners and edges with outer edge wear; spine has old sellotape; some horizontal fold pages have splits, but repaired with non-acidic 'invisible ' library tape so holding very well; missing the back cover.
