Published by Harvey Barton and Son Ltd, Aberdeen & Bristol, No 17431.
Postally used on 6 August 1961 with Chepstow cancellation on two blue 1d and one orange ½d stamps and sent to Hove, Sussex.
Good condition, with slight corner bumps, but a few impressed marks to left centre.
