Postally used on 5 December 1899 with Genève cancellations on red 10c stamp and sent to Monsieur Mezenen, Hotel Bellevue, Avenue de l'Opera, Paris and with receipt postmarks for Paris.
Fairly good condition, with some corner wear, but light creases to centres of left and right edges.
