*RARE* ANTIQUE CHARLES DICKENS "AMERICAN NOTES/REPRINTED PIECES/HARD TIMES/PICTURES FROM ITALY" ILLUSTRATED BOOK (P4)
Great *RARE* antique fiction fine binding hardback by Charles Dickens. The "Charles Dickens Edition". No publication date and I have looked on and various bookselling websites but cannot find this version to get a publication date. This looks to be circa 1880s in my opinion. Could be as early as 1870s or as late as 1890s but style of cover and text inside looks like 1880s to me. Contains illustrations. Some pages (mainly initial pages and illustrated pages) have foxing spots. Photos 1 & 20 show wear to the top and bottom of the cover spine but binding and other pages are in superb condition especially as the book is around 140 years old.
NOTE: THIS VERSION IS THE ONLY COPY FOR SALE ON (UK & INTERNATIONALLY) AT TIME OF LISTING!
Measures 18cm tall x 12cm wide. Weighs over 500 grams.
