Original 10 inch x 8 inch Black and White Still of MAUREEN O’HARA, VICTOR McLAGLEN & JACK MACGOWRAN in the 1952 John Ford Romantic Comedy THE QUIET MAN, based on the story by Maurice Walsh.
O’Hara is the shrew tamed by American boxer (John Wayne) who comes back to his Irish home and wins the hearts of the villagers, but not before he’s had the screen’s longest bout of fisticuffs with O’Hara’s brother McLaglen.
