Seller's Description

This is a postcard showing a view of the inside of a fort in Morocco, with soldiers and equipment, “après le combat”, after the battle - although it is not clear who they have been fighting !   The men appear to be French colonial troops.

It was posted in Gibraltar in 1909 with a KGV one penny overprinted with “Morocco Agencies 10 Centimos”.  There is also a small remnant of the corner of another such stamp, which has been lost.

The card is in fair condition with minor wear to the corners and edges.

Please see some other military-related items, currently on sale, as well as other Moroccan cards.
