• General Comments: The Pima Air Museum is known as the Pima Air and Space Museum, is currently the largest non-governmental museum in the world devoted to aviation and space. It started back in 1976 and now has approximately 300 aircraft. It even has a Lockheed SR-71 Blackbird in its collection!  At the time this leaflet was written there were only 160 aircraft on display at the museum. The Titan Missile Museum (also featured on the leaflet) is the only Titan II launch base remaining and a great place to visit if you are also taking in the Pima Air museum, and has featured in movies and TV dramas e.g. Star Trek First Contact. Note that postage is slightly more than normal as the leaflet won't fit into standard envelopes, and the cardboard envelope it will be sent in is newly purchased.
