A scarce leaflet which reads in part: “… We want to send you this warning: Everybody taking part in crimes committed by Hitler-Fascists will be dealt with severely… He who wants to avoid retaliation should heed the following four rules: 1 Do not commit murder! 2 Do not deport the Russians into slavery! 3 Do not burn and do not destroy Russian cities and villages! 4 Get away from Hitler's gang of criminals!…”. 

Lightly creased, upper margins browned, a closed short tear and some light wear to outer margins.
