In the Complete index of Allied airborne leaflets and magazines, the leaflet is listed as not disseminated. However, according to the expert and collector Klaus Kirchner, copies of the leaflet were found in Germany during the war.
Previously folded in half, creased and slightly marked, pencil annotation to lower right corner verso.
