A fascinating and rare issue entirely dedicated to the Moscow Conference of 1943. In the "Statement of Atrocities," reprinted on the last page, it is declared: “Whatever government exists in Germany on the day Germany is granted an armistice—every German officer, every German soldier, every member of the Nazi Party who is guilty as an instigator or accomplice in war crimes, mass murders, or executions—each will be handed over to the country where he committed his heinous crime.”

Authenticated by Klaus Kirchner, with his verification hand stamp in the lower right corner.

Folded in half, marginal tanning, some light creasing and minor edge-wear.
