A fascinating and rare issue featuring the Tehran Conference and a personal account by General von Seydlitz of the Battle of Stalingrad. 

Authenticated by Klaus Kirchner, with his hand stamp in the lower right corner.  

Folded in half (previously folded in quarters and now not exactly folded in the middle), rubbing (especially along the folds), partial browning and creasing, two corners dog-eared, acceptable.
