PLEASE READ: The webcam in the photos is not included in sale this is just the 3D printed lens cover. Please be aware , there are a few different models of the Microsoft lifecam webcam series. Before placing an order, please figure out exactly what model your webcam is. This lens cover will only fit the "Microsoft Lifecam Studio" model. Will not be refunding or accepting returns from anyone that does not read or understand this first paragraph.
Description:
This is a custom designed 3d printed, Microsoft Lifecam Studio webcam cover.
Not sure if you have heard but, some people claim that certain hackers can turn on your webcam on , without you knowing and even without turning the indicator light on the camera.. Even though I'm not a strong believer in this theory I personally would rather not take chances either. Because of this rumor, after I was done a skype session with friends and family I would, disconnect the camera, wrap up the cord and chuck it in my computer bag. Kind of a hassle to do when your on skype a few times a month unwrapping resorting it out/wrapping it up. even..
So i found a solution, its simple a press fit cap for my lifecam studio camera, to be honest im surprised these covers don't come standard with webcams these days.
Now I can leave my webcam hooked up and on my computer and when im finished i push the press fit cover on , no more packing and unpacking the cords..
Not only is this cover good for that it is also great to protect your lens from scratches or dust and grime. I know i paid over 100$ Canadian (about 7 bucks US lol) for my lifecam studio, i want to protect that investment.
I do go away for work a few times a year and when i do my webcam comes with me so i can skype with my girlfriend. This little cover gives me peace of mind that my camera is protected even the lens. We all know a scratched lens can be the end of a camera, so why don't you start protecting yours now!

I ship Canada post at the lowest possible prices. I will ship your order within 48 hours of receiving a cleared payment, minus on weekends. Currently I have no tracking on my shipments because with Canada post it would cost too much to ship, so please take that into consideration, prior to bidding. Also please note: Canada Post does not deliver on weekends, so if something is marked "shipped" on Friday , Saturday or Sunday, that item will not actually begin to start moving to its destination until the following Monday. Also, If your order is marked "shipped" no alterations or cancellations can be made to the order.
International buyers (USA included!) delivery may take up to 4 weeks. I can not control the time a package takes, once its shipped it's no longer in my hands. I have found that Canadian Customs and Canada post can be very slow at times. Due to Canada's sluggish customs and mail : I can not refund any international order that was shipped less than 28 days ago, as it can take that long from Canada. Duty fees, customs fees or Import fees, are not included in shipping charge.
Anywhere else Minus North America - Delivery May take 6-8 weeks.
If you want faster delivery or tracked shipping, please contact me prior to buying. I can offer a faster delivery or tracked but shipping will cost a lot more, because Canada post is extremely expensive.
We also pack the majority of our items within a bubble mailer, so its arrives to you safe!

- All 3D items are 100% brand new, never used!
- These designs have been printed and re printed multiple times to end up with a superior designed product. Some of these items have been remade
- upwards of a dozen times. Our designs are engineered and designed, tested and redesigned, to be better.
- Some prints that require exact dimension may be slightly off (max 1 mm) due to various factors.
- 3D printed items are not perfect they may have small lines, color variances or blemishes but this will not affect the intended use of the object.
Customization:
- We can also customize this item for your personal preference.
- We can make this item smaller or larger by scale. If smaller by scale the price remains the same, but if larger the price will increase depending on size.
- We can also increase the resolution to make a higher detailed print (as low as 20 microns, high quality prints half the width of a human hair) Any increase in resolution will also increase the price.
- If you expect any alterations to the design, the price will go up according to the work required.
- We can also print in different plastics or colors if you prefer(depending on stock).
