Heroes for Hire Vol. 3 #11 – “Something to Live For”

Set against the backdrop of Marvel's Fear Itself event, this issue presents a dual narrative:

The Raft: In the aftermath of a devastating attack, the superhuman prison known as the Raft lies in ruins. Seizing the opportunity, the manipulative villain Purple Man (Zebediah Killgrave) exerts his mind-control powers over Elektra, turning her into his lethal enforcer. As Elektra embarks on a deadly rampage, only The Shroud (Maximillian Coleridge) stands between her and further carnage.

Manhattan's Streets: Meanwhile, Misty Knight, operating under the codename "Control," coordinates efforts to combat the chaos unleashed by the Fear Itself crisis. She dispatches Paladin and Gargoyle (Isaac Christians) to confront a new adversary known as Monster, who embodies the widespread fear and panic gripping the city.

This issue delves into themes of manipulation, resilience, and the moral complexities faced by heroes in times of widespread fear.

G / Good – heavy wear or age, complete unless noted
