Original British 17 inch x 11 inch Trade Advertisement for the 1949 Charles Bennett Romance MADNESS OF THE HEART, based on the novel by Flora Sandstrom and starring Margaret Lockwood, Maxwell Reed, Kathleen Byron, Paul Dupuis, Thora Hird, Raymond Lovell, David Hutcheson, Maurice Denham, Cathleen Nesbitt, Peter Illing, Marie Burke, Marie Ault, Kynaston Reeves and Marcel Poncin.
After being struck blind, a young woman marries her French lover and moves to his ancestral house. But his father and a jealous neighbour conspire to destroy the marriage.
