Interesting Hand Painted Studio Pottery Fish Vase - Marked

A nice studio pottery vase, narrow in shape and with a hand painted fish design in a streaky glaze. It is signed on the base with a crown mark or could be a monogram 'tm' ? I'm afraid I don't know the potter. It has some crazing but no chips or cracks. Height 15cms, width 14.5cms, width at top opening 3.75cms.
