This ad is contained in the vintage booklet fot the Croyden Picture House, February 1936. The booklet is 16 pages with glossy pages, within card covers. A top title and very rare paper. Rare

Condition: (Range from Fine – Very Good – Good – Poor with ++ to - - for further differentiation) : Very Good ++ -: no fold; very good corners and edges with light wear; overall, a very good copy. Complete and uncut
