The instructions say "4 drops, 4 times a day under the tongue or in a glass of water". But we find evening use is sufficient: use once or twice in the evening with your last dose about an hour before sleep time.
Take your drops straight from the bottle or make your bottle last much longer by making a dosage bottle:
Take an empty 30ml glass dropper bottle.

To make a dosage bottle:
Take an empty 30ml glass dropper bottle.
Add one of these preservatives: 1 Tablespoon of brandy, vegetable glycerin, cider vinegar, white vinegar or 3 drops of grapefruit seed extract. (If you prefer not to use a preservative, just keep your dosage bottle refrigerated.)
Add water to the bottle until there is just enough room for the drops of stock essence.
Add 4-7 drops of the stock flower essence.
Put the dropper lid on and shake gently. Label with the date and essence.
