This item: A PRIME COLLECTABLE.   An original UK Front of House card for this top Universal; this is a highly collectable title. The card eminates from the rare 1948 set which was an 'H' certificate release ('H' certificate era was 1932 - 1951); this comes from a later Eros release who have used this early card and  placed an 'X' certificate on it in neat black ink, having marked out the 'H'.  A great  image in Frankenstein's laboratory with both Frankenstein and Pretorius and the dormant Bride about to 'live'. Such pieces, these days, are very tough to come by for the collector, even in re-release form the original releases being virtually impossible to find. At the time of listing no UK dealer nor website had this for sale. Very Scarce / Rare

Size:             8.00 x 10.00 inches approx. 

Condition: (Range from Fine – Very Good – Good – Poor with ++ to - - for further differentiation) : Very Good + -:   no pin-holes;  good corners and edges with some light wear and small edge chips and a closed rip to right white border not intruding into the image; printed on thin paper (WW2 era?); X in neat black ink written over the "H"; overall, very good for so old an original, vintage item.
