There is no writing or rips on any of the pages. There is some water damage and dirty areas on the covers. (See pictures)

Instructions, on two 8½” x 11” pages.
Pattern sheets: one 8½” x 11” page.
The Bunny Block Sampler: two 8½” x 11” pages.
Front & Rear cover Sheet.
Note: I received this without a Ziplock cover bag so I have put it in 2 sandwich baggies.

#BB-04-11 Moonlite Serenade Quilt
Size: 69” x 86”
This pattern does not include instructions for the 12 blocks. It is assumed that you have made a set of blocks from a $10 club at your local quilt store. If you do not have a collection of blocks, you may wish to purchase the “Block Tool” by C&T Publishing. From it, you will be able to make any number of different blocks — in many sizes. If you don’t have one yet, put it on a wish list. It’s a great tool.

Quilt in a Day — Flying Geese Ruler (Small) - It will speed up the piecing process, and the results are “near perfect”. The star points in the first border are made using this tool.
