Additional descriptive notes (if applicable): the full text on the back of the postcard reads: 600 Golf Courses. Sir Walter Scott popularised tourism in the Trossachs with his romantic novels, Rob Roy and Lady of the Lake. Visitors travelled by horse drawn wagonette having first arrived at Callender by the Caledonian RailwayGetting away from it all and onto the golf course is a good reason to go on holiday. The Railway Companies lost no opportunity in promoting such pleasures to the leisure traveller.
General notes: in addition to postage my shipping charges include a handling and packing charge. My basic charges for this item are shown on the sales page. However, postage, processing and packing charges for multiple purchases will be combined and will be based upon the actual cost of despatching a package containing all the items bought.
Purchasers who buy more than one item should ensure that they request an invoice, so that they benefit from the consolidated charge for postage and packing.
