A large, square, black glass plinth / stand for a vase or bowl.
Made by Century Glassworks of London.
Stepped sides with ball corner ornaments.
In fairly good used condition but has a flake missing from one ball and several small chips to the internal base recess rim.

Max height. 3.0 inches.
Recess for vase base. 4.25 x 4.25 inches.
