The Opel Blitz 3ton truck was one of the most widely used vehicles in the German armed forces during WWII. Built by the General Motors Opel factory in Brandenburg from 1938 and also by Daimler Benz from 1944, the four wheel drive Opel Blitz was found to be so reliable that more than 100 different body types were officially recorded as being mounted on the chassis.

This kit provides two of these body variants, the workhorse 3t cargo truck and a flak truck mounting a 20mm Flak38 anti aircraft gun on a rear flatbed suitable for use across all arms of service.

This box provides parts for two Opel Blitz trucks bringing together Fujimi's kits 72M-1/72M-2 and 72M-6 (722337) in a single box. Includes clear parts and metal axles. The decals include optional marking for a medical cargo truck and, unusually, the green camouflage markings for the cargo variant. 

Ideal for wargaming or just building for display this brand new kit is a beauty. Not to be missed.
