Seller's Description
New, old stock commutator end bush for Lucas model M418-G and M45-G starter motors.
These families of motors were introduced around 1937 and were in use well into the 1960s.
There are a handful of M45-G motors that use a different CE bush. Those with a service number of 270301, 270557, 26009, 26060, 26095, 26162 or 26175 plus a few other rare/obscure exceptions use a different bush.
I will be pleased to try and answer application queries or confirm your starter requires this bush - more readily if you can give the 6 digit (early) or 5 digit (later) service number starting with a "2" stamped on the casing of the unit but if not easily accessible then by vehicle make/model/year.
Inch dimensions: Bore 0.626, diameter 0.752 and width 0.750
