    Default Seller not answering questions

I know the subject came up recently about reporting an item where the seller has ignored repeated questions, but I cannot find the thread.
I believe the item can be reported and removed, can somebody point me at the relevant thread (I will bookmark it as I should have done in the first place)
or tell me how to report the item. I've nudged 6 times since July 14th and nothing.
I suspect the seller is listing too many books on too many sites to pay much attention
Thanks to all the kind people here who help us dimwits out

Hi all, newbie here. I'm having the same trouble with a book seller too. (wonders if it's one & the same seller???)
A month & a half after purchase & I'm still waiting for feedback & answers to two nudges!
This doesn't endear me towards this particular seller - I may have to shop elsewhere!
BTW - this seller has a massive feedback rating of their own - pity they don't reciprocate & help out others!

    ...

This was the thread I started but it wasn't a book seller.

    http://www.ebid.net/forums/showthread.php?151545-Odd...is-there-a-time-frame-.....&highlight=is+there+a+time+frame#top

I sent a request for an invoice, 2 messages via the After Auction Log, 1 personal email and waited with a nil response to anything for 1 week. Then I contacted Support and left negative feedback. 4 attempts to contact in a week and a nil result = a write off as far as I am concerned. I am only a small seller - not a business, but I check every day as soon as I am up. I expect a Business should do the same if not more.
I wish everyone well and hope this post is useful.

I dont know about that but I have a spot of bother myself now for maybe not seeing a message straight away (posted the evening before posting off one of my sold items) it had a different address on to the one in the drop down menu and I usually look in the drop down menu auction log for all details.
The buyer still hasnt received their item which I posted on the 14th June. I dont remember if I sent it to the new address in the message, or if I sent it to the one in the drop down after auction log. i did get a proof of posting receipt though but that does not show the address either

Welcome to eBid. Sorry to hear you haven't got your feedback yet. That isn't very professional in my opinion, it's common courtesy to thank your buyer ! If they are not answering your questions about a specific listing then the policy is that when it has five nudges (ebid give it an automatic nudge once a day) then you can report it to support@ebid.tv

I'm puzzled (doesn't take much !) how can it be a proof of posting receipt if it doesn't have the address on it ?

If it's sent by recorded delivery then the address is printed on the receipt but if I send standard and ask for proof of posting the woman in the post office always writes on the house number and postcode for me.

My Post Office people always write the number and postcode on for me too if it's just a proof of posting (for UK). If it's to US they write the whole address for me.

Thanks to everyone for their help.
Just checked and the seller was here yesterday. Wonder why no response?
Regarding Proof of Posting, I still have some Post office original cards. When I run out of them I'm going to use photocopies of them.
My PO is happy to stamp and sign them, I prefill and prestamp and just hand it all over the counter. Saves everybody time.
