Hello Folks.....
Welcome to "olliesitems" and my "About Me Page".
I joined e.Bid on the 21st February 2011 after having spent some years over on "The Other Side". The reason for leaving? Too many fees and being forced to take certain payment methods. Simple as that.
I am a Seller+Lifetime member of e.bid.
I auction items of interest that I no longer require, so if you see anything you like then please feel free to put a bid in. If you have any questions about my items or need to know more about myself then please e.mail me and I will help you all that I can.
To put your mind at ease with regard to my auctions please let me explain how I conduct my auctions.
DESCRIPTION AND CONDITION..... I give an honest account and insight with regard to both the description and condition of the item up for auction. However, if you think that I have missed something out or are not sure of something then please do not hesitate to contact me with your concern and I will get back to you with an answer.
POSTAGE..... All items will be sent by RM First Class Recorded Delivery (Signed for). This is the safest method for both the buyer and seller. Although I use brand new packaging I only charge the face value for postage costs. Again, this keeps the postage costs down for you. If you purchase more than one item then I will be more than happy to combine postage for you.
RETURNS/REFUNDS..... Yes, I accept returns and will refund you if you are not happy or satisfied with any item for any reason. All I ask is that you contact me first and inform me that you are returning the item within Seven (7) days of purchase. All I ask is that you return the item in the same condition that you receive it in and then I will refund your money plus original postage back to you but the return postage will be at your own cost.
OFFERS..... Yes, I do accept offers so if you wish to contact me with an offer for any item that I have on auction then please feel free to do so. I am always open to serious offers and am more than willing to discuss any issues or answer any questions that you may have.
PHOTOGRAPHS..... If you require any further photo's of my items then please e.mail me telling me what you require and I will get them to you as soon as I possibly can.
Talking of photo's, I thought I would use my Border Collie Toby as my avatar..... He's much better looking than I am folks.
