    My Qeustions are:
    1. Can I find my old items on ebid?
    2. Do ebid have an Importer to bring my listing from ebay to ebid?
I need to know so I can list here.
I need to get away from ebay now I am spending more and breaking even, I need to sell alot of inventory and I am looking for other avenures.

I want to come back if I can get some sort a way to bring my items over:

At: ioffer I have overy 1,000 items
at: Bonzel I have over 1,000 items

I have imported them all from ebay If I can do that here I can start selling here to.

I would really like some help. rena
    Welcome back Rena,

Selling on alternate sites requires different skills that anyone can learn. Easiest way to fail is to keep listing exactly like you did on feebay. See past forums for selling tips and follow them. You need to get noticed within category and on google searches. If you do not list right, your things will not be seen and you will have no sales.

No bulk lister yet. ebid is working on it. But I don't think it is a good idea to list the same 1000 items on four sites anyway. Easy to get confused and sell something twice, and formats differ. Few buyers on ebid enjoy seeing the flashy colors and lists of rules they need to follow to buy from the seller. Start fresh on ebid.

You have fewer sales because you are not following the tips we have been posting. Your listings still say "run until sold" which means they stay at bottom of categories and can not be seen. A 7 day auction moves items up the lists until the hit the top just before they expire. You need that exposure. Add auctions.

I do not think you are appearing on google searches either (you need buy it now and ten automatic relists). This gets us all our new buyers.

In addition the more items you list, the more sales you have. This has to do with google searches, 10 items attracts little attention, 500 or 1000 get lots of google search attention and sales. List up to the level where the sales start. I have 450 listed which generates at least a sale a day, but often more (in last 2 weeks I had 60 sales). Sales are coming faster for most of us, get in on this by getting your listings in order.

    Good luck,

I am looking forward to my first sale !!!!!!!!
I've just done the same. They really expected me to post an item at my own expense that I could expect to reach the posting cost if I was very lucky. Don't mind the slower speed of trading. I';m only an occasional seller/buyer.

    Hi gang,

Just left the bay for obvious reasons already mentioned on here. Looks a nice friendly site here, just listed a couple of items with plenty more to do!

I reckon ebid is going to be a great contender for 2010, hopefully more people will jump over to this side.

How is this place fairing these days? Looks more popular than 2 years ago.

No limit on the number of items that you can list.

For info on the various seller account types see: http://homepage.ntlworld.com/astral....icks.htm#a0004
