I am sure OP was talking about FEATURED AUCTIONS entered as run until sold or with 10 relists.. with images in those auctions.
The FEATURED are only good for 60 Days as featured.. then become regular auctions. Now the problem is the Image-GALLERY is NOT valid.
The seller Has to go into the auction(edit) and Click Gallery, so the running auction has an Gallery-Image showing.
...... The glitch is.. after 60 Days.. the Gallery in Featured becomes Void.
Solution... when after 60 Days, Featured-Image_gallery stops, the auction NEEDS to revert to Show Gallery Image.

Thank U thats what I was looking for. I know it all sounded confusing and signing in with the wrong ID didn't help but you were the only one who actually took the time to think it through. You obviously have more experience here than me so thanks for your help: John

I'm a little confused. Images hosted by us are not removed until 60 days after they are not used any longer. An auction changing down from Featured won't have any images removed until it closes just like any other auction.

If there is something wrong let us know an auction ID and we will look into it.

If you are talking about the missing images in your listing template, they are missing because the links are broken.

The browser cannot show images it cannot find.

It looks like your images used to be hosted on your webspace but have been moved, or deleted since the template was first used.

As Dave1066 says, the subdomain auctions kings galleries dot com doesn't exist anymore.

That problem is down to you, not eBid.

To rectify it, you need to either rewrite the image links in each template, or, replace the missing images.
