Hello and thank you for taking a minute to read about us. The company was founded June 1st, 2011 by Robert Reed, who has over 20 yrs of retail experience. He was tired of  the bad companies and bad customer service out there and founded RMR Stores LLC. He believes in being honest and give the customer deals when he gets deals. If you write us you will always get a reply within 24 to 48 hours after we receive it here's the best part if you call us you will never be transfered to an overseas call bank. This is something most companies will not do the founder or ceo of the company responds to all your emails, but Robert usually answers all the emails and will continue doing so. He thinks of you as part of his family when you order from us.

Our return policies for all the store fronts on here are as follows:

Defective Items or Damages: If your item comes to you defective or damaged in shipping, we will gladly replace it with the same item only if the following conditions are met:
1. Contact us as soon as you receive the item if it is defective or damaged in en route for a Return Number.
2. Buyer pays for shipping and understands that her or his shipping will be reimbursed when we reship your replacement item.
3. No restocking fee will be applied for damaged or defective goods

Non-defective and Non-damages Returns: If you wish to return non-defective and non-damaged items the following procedures apply:
1. Contact us within 30 days of receiving the item for a Return Number.
2. Buyer pays for return shipping and will not get reimbursed for shipping.
3. Give reason why you want to return item, your name, order number, a number to contact you and your address. You will be issued a Return Number at this time.
4. Any non-damaged or non-defective will be charged a 20% Restocking Fee and the buyer will be given a store credit to use on a future purchase.

No Return Number: if you return an item and do not call to get a Return Number, the item will be refused and sent back to Buyer COD. We will not accept any item without a Return Number.
