We are a family business and we have been selling pet products for over thirty five years with a total of over one hundred years of experience between us, we used to run Pet shops but for the past three years have moved into online sales and we offer the same level of customer support online as we did in our shops, we aim for customer delight. we sell on Ebay, Amazon and on our website, on Ebay we have just under 23.000 feedbacks, and almost 11.000 in the last twelve months, over 10.500 good and 25 not so good which goes to prove no matter how hard you try you cannot please everybody (and some are just criminal)
