About Ottewi

Ottewi's goal is to bring a more holistic approach to weight loss and treating debilitating conditions such as depression and anxiety to the market for people to try before they cross the line to medications which may have serious side effects. Ottewi believes that far too many people suffer side effects from prescribed medications which could be avoided altogether. Recognising that you have a problem, however big or small, and being prepared to experiment with safer yet potent supplements along with mentally tackling issues is what Ottewi is all about. To reach that goal, we research our products before bringing them to market. Many of the supplements that you will find on this site are relatively new and unknown, but we will always make sure that they are safe to use, and that they will actually work for the majority of users. We will also make sure that in the development of our products that we only use the purest raw materials and most quality extracts. Quality makes all the difference in whether your supplements work or do not. Some extracts used by companies are very low purity, and are regarded as waste product, yet you will still be charged premium for it without ever knowing. Ottewi supplements will always use the best materials available and because we don't deal with middle-men or distributors, our prices will remain as competitive as rivals who are putting out lower quality goods.

Delivery:

All orders received before 3pm are dispatched on the same day, and 90% of orders meet delivery targets.  Delivery is free for all orders, and all orders are packed and labeled to make customs clearance hassle free.

Returns:

We want our customers to be happy with the goods they bought, and ecstatic about our delivery and service. We will take back any faulty product and exchange it for a new one, or refund you in full. Please ensure products are returned via recorded delivery to ensure it gets here safely, and enclose a note with the package to say when you bought it, and what your name, address and contact details are so we can find that transaction record. Products should be returned in original, unopened packaging. If you've opened it up, had a few tries and don't like it or want something else, we obviously cannot take it back as it is then unsalable.
