It was a pleasure to work with Mark Fink. He has been very helpful, available and friendly. He walked us through the steps as it was our first time buying a tax deed property. He was honest, upfront, disclosed everything to the best of his ability and knowledge. I felt as though it was more of a mentoring situation than a buyer seller situation. Also we checked with the county where the property was located if Mark was the owner. The county said Mark was and that he had a number of other properties in the area. That really helped us feel comfortable. We even decided to walk away from the property. We ended up randomly talking about the opportunity to buy the property with a close friend they advised us to jump on it. luckily it was still available as someone ells was trying to buy it as well. Thank you Mark for all your help and patience.
