contact zero; sent saddle back with no contact, not even bothering to protect the cantle with the bubble wrap provided!!!! VERY RUDE COMMENTS IN LETTER ENCLOSED. the description did NOT say it was a NEW SADDLE! it is in excellent repair, the only "Fault" being a crease in one flap which doesn't affect safety or years more use in any way! You should have had the manners to contact me if you weren't happy instead of being so rude & nasty. Would never deal with you again!!!!! I have refunded your money via Paypal - how dare you imply i was keeping your money in your letter! Thats not how things work on these sites! I think one of the top saddlers in the country (not talking about myself) knows a little more about the condition value of saddles than you do!
