Memory arrived and works fine. You missed out on 'Praise' because of poor packaging - it's not a good idea to post a DIMM in a standard envelope without any support. (You should see what they do to those things at the PO!)

I thought I would take this op to raise your rating too, as CD1951 has also been ignoring my emails, and not only that, but has also cashed my cheque, for which I still have not seen the goods. I think it unfair for him to damage your rating, when this behaviour is obviously the norm for him
I do see your side of things, as I have and am in the same situation myself, but I have not had your emails. I have emailed my isp about this but do not get a reply, from them. i am in the process of going to another telecom/isp., but after having paid the fee for the so called free isp which i am with last July and not having received anything from them other than grief, that is another matter. I have been in hospital (heart surgery) and have buried my father in the space of 2 weeks. I returned home today 12th. April to over 2000 emails, but none from this character, or am I supposed to be a mind reader??
