SHIPPING DOMESTIC
All shipping in the US has a handling time of up to (4) Business days before it is shipped. Once the item has been shipped, you will be emailed the tracking info. We ship via USPS or FedEx with in the US.
SHIPPING INTERNATIONALY
All shipping internationally has a Handling time of up to (5) Business days before the item is shipped. Once the item is shipped, you will be emailed the tracking info. We ship via USPS and FedEx for international shipments. Please NOTE! We are not responsible for your customs fee's. Do not confuse the shipping cost VS the custom fee that your country will impose for importing/buying items internationally. It is 2 separate fee's. There is also an AVERAGE shipping time of 8-15 days that is takes to send a package internationally. However, we cannot be held responsible for the extended time that customs may take to clear your purchase. Every country is different with their laws and regulation. So please take that into consideration if the package is being delayed outside the average time frame.
RETURNS OR REFUNDS
We will accept returns for defective products ONLY within (14) days from the purchase date. If the product becomes defective outside that time frame, please use the warranty from the manufacture. All our items we sell have the full manufacture warranty that must go through them. We are not responsible for warranty issues. (Please contact us if you need assistance with it). We DO NOT offer refunds. ALL purchases are final! We will exchange an item for a similar item of description or another item of EXACT value.
