Some Information About peaceandkarma
We have been trading on-line since 2008 and have a growing range of Spiritual and New Age items. We stock items that we have an interest in and are constantly striving to give you the best shopping experience we can. As we are new to eBid it will take us awhile to get our full range of products listed in our new shop.
We treat our customers as we would like to be treated ourselves and never forget that we are customers when we shop ourselves. As a small business we can give you a personal touch and we're always trying to improve on our customer service.
Payment
For UK customers we accept Google Checkout, Paypal, Personal Cheques and Postal orders. We prefer to be paid with Google Check out or Paypal, the fast, easy, and secure way to pay online. All Cheques and Postal Orders are to be made payable to either Warren Davis or A Little Peace And Karma. Please note that Cheques and Postal Orders may take time to arrive and take up to 4 days for us to receive cleared funds. Once we have received cleared funds, items will then be dispatched.
For all of our customers outside of the UK, we only accept Google Checkout and Paypal as a payment method as they will convert payment into Pound Sterling. We value your custom and would be more than happy to answer any of your questions.
Shipping
We aim to dispatched orders within one to two business days of receiving cleared funds. Our postage rates are not used to generate profits and we try to keep them as low as possible.
For UK Customers we post First Class using the Royal Mail which the Royal Mail state as next working day delivery. For all of our customers outside of the UK we'll post using the Royal Mail's Airmail Service which the Royal Mail estamate delivery time as 3 to 5 working days.
Terms
As a retailer on eBid we have to follow and comply to eBid’s policies which change and are updated from time to time. For eBid's latest policies, please visit customer services.
In addition to eBid's policies, we also have to comply to Trading Standards and the Distant Seller Regulations. For more details please visit your local Trading Standards Office.
Returns
Our aim is to run a fair and friendly reliable business and we want our returns policy to reflect this.
A full refund is available if the item is faulty or if the wrong item was sent in error. This is to include the full cost of postage and packing to the buyer including the returning postage.
For any other reason, items can be only returned within 7 working days of delivery. The item can only be refunded if it arrives in the same condition that it was sent. This means that if the item was shrink wrapped then it must arrive back shrink wrapped and in the same unused condition that it was sent. Once the item arrives the cost of the item less all postage and packaging costs will be sent to the buyer.
