    I am retired and occupy my time with internet auctions to fund travel and collecting the various items I sell. I have been actively selling on internet auctions since 1995. I sell U.S. Postage stamps, primarily Revenue, Back of the Book and pre 1900 classic stamps. I sell U.S. Coins and Currency as well as foreign coins and currency. I have a very large extensive comic book collection I sell from as well as books of every kind. I will list any collectible items.
    My shipping policies are simple, after an item has been bid on, won and paid for, I will ship within five days of payment receipt. All shipping to the U.S. will have tracking and delivery confirmation, without exception. Shipping to foreign destinations will depend on location as many countries have little control over package, letter delivery and too many things get lost, too often; my only product protection is to limit where I can safely ship to and use whatever available mailing options at my disposal, such as signature confirmation, delivery confirmation and costlier preferred shipping. I do allow buyers in questionable locations to purchase items from me that can be shipped to an address here in the U.S., then shipped again to the buyer by the addressee in the U.S. Shipping charges include postage, cost of shipping container and products to secure the item to be shipped. Shipping is calculated primarily by weight, package size and destination. Using stamps as an example, you can purchase several items for the one cost of shipping, therefore combining several purchases for one low cost. I will combine as many like purchases as possible on the same invoice. If multiple items are won that are not alike, for example a combination of stamps, coins and comics, I will use the same invoice for all items, package all items together and determine the actual shipping cost by the above calculations.
    The cost of all returns will be paid by the buyer. I will refund the original cost of item plus the original shipping. Item must be returned within 14 days for a refund. If item is significantly not as described or damaged, I may pay shipping both ways.
