If you want to roast your peppers, take the seed out by splitting peppers into two pieces.
Place cut pieces on baking sheet and put in your broiler pan until pepper skins blister. (About 5 to 6 minutes)
Put peppers in a black plastic trash bag and let the steam overnight.
Skins remove easily the next day.
