Some Information About fridayline

Giving you a little more insight into the seller.
Hi! I'm Dave I have a varied array of items for sale. Books, Prints, Jewellery(costume) and any collectables I might come accross that I think people will like. I have had some experience on the big rival ebay, feedback 77(100%) from 98 transactions, which shows people did come back to me as they knew I could be trusted. To me thats important to instill trust in people. When I put items up for sale I like to think I describe them as accurately as possible. Pick out(if any) faults the item may have especially if its second hand. I will always respond to any enquireries about an item, as quickly as possible. When the item has been bought and the payment is inplace, I will respond immediatly with feedback. When the item is packed it is off to the Post Office for shipment. This within 2 days of receipt of payment. I will then email my customer and tell them their purchase is on its way, and roughly how long depending on the postal system paid for. If when the customer receives the item and they think it is not how it was described, or the condition is not what they thought, please return within 14 days for a refund. I cannot accept responsabillity for breakages in transit. I do pride myself in the way I do pack items. "I used to work for the Post Office, so I know what mail has to endure while in transit." Ofcourse I would then expect feedback from a customer if they are happy with the whole experience of dealing with me. Regards Fridayline
