Scammer! Purchased 3 expensive banknote on 6-8 (he joined eBid on same day). Package delivered on 6-12. One week after he received package, he contact me said he received yesterday (delivery confirmation showed delivered on 6-12, not 6-17, he lied), asked for a refund and immediately open Paypal dispute case wanting to return the two banknotes, asking $13.30 S&H for the return. Paypal denied his claim.
Very rude, dishonest person!
