Some Information About Policequilts
Information about my shops:
BUSTED OR NOT
* * Selling used and some new women's clothing. From women's tops, skirts, pants, jeans, dresses, sweaters and more. There are some men's clothing, too.
CHAKRACORD
* * Enjoy the energies from my metaphysical shop. My shop contains my handmade pendulums, pendulums, Chakracords, stones, crystals, points, palm stones and such.
POLICEQUILTS
* * A variety of treasures from books, dishware, glassware, pottery, home décor, vases and other household items. Some of the items are collectibles.
QUILTPOLICE
* * Various patterns for crafting, dolls, sewing and quilting. Some crafting supplies. There are handmade items of dolls, and quilts.

PAYMENT:
* You can pay through your Paypal account or without a Paypal account, but using their charge card service.
COMBINED SHIPPING:
* I will combine shipping when possible and permitting the items don't get damaged.
.*** SHOPPING CART: There is no shopping cart but you can buy multiple of items for my store only (or individual sellers). When you put one item in cart, the payment will come up - Just go back to shop and add another item and so on. (It feels like it wants you to pay right away - DON'T). When done placing items in cart - there is a pull down menu to request an invoice, click and then I will adjust for combine shipping.
SHIPPING TIME:
* I will ship out your orders withing 3 business days. (I normally ship the same day or the following morning, pending when the order was placed.) I cannot be held responsible for how long shipping takes once in USPS/Fed Ex hands, sorting facility, weather or other things beyond my control.
UPDATE: With the Covid Virus, there are mail delays and it takes longer to process through their facilities. Please be patient for package
CANCELLING ORDERS:
* You would need to cancel the order within an hour. I do ship almost as soon as possible, especially if I have to make a trip into town / post office.
* If the item has shipped – DO NOT OPEN THE PACKAGE and write on it “Return to Sender”.
DAMAGED PACKAGE:
* If you receive a damaged package, please take pictures of the damage packaging and then open the pack and take pictures of the broken items. We will work together to get a damage claim made for the carrier and then get the refund.
RETURN POLICY:
* You may return the item within 14 days at your cost. Items will be inspected before refunding the price of the item only.
* All pre-owned clothing that is return, will be inspected and only the item cost (no shipping) will be refunded as long as the item is returned in the same condition as it was shipped out.
Buyer pays for the return shipping costs.
* All new / new with tags clothing will be inspected and I will refund price less 10% restocking fee. Buyer pays for return shipping costs.
* If we have misrepresented and item listed, then you will be reimbursed the full amount paid and the return shipping.
CLOTHING
* All clothing has been washed or steamed if not new or otherwise mentioned. Clothing is lint rolled, de-pilled or ?, if not mentioned. It is then placed into individual bags.
* Clothing has measurements that were taken at the time of packing them for storage. The manufacturer's size and my actual measurements can differ due to washing.
* I will described the items to the best of my knowledge, noting any defect and such.
* Non-smoking home
* I do have cats, but the cats are not allowed in the room with the clothing.
