Return policy
14 DAY COOLING OFF PERIOD D.S.R.

the buyer/customer has a 14 DAY cool off period from the day after delivery in which you may return the item for a full refund but PLEASE NOTE the return POSTAGE FEE'S are the customers sole responsibility and not refundable, each item comes with an invoice and a valid VAT invoice is available upon request.

ANY returns must be authorized first, please do not just return items as this will slow your refund down considerably, if unsure please contact us.


TERMS & CONDITIONS.
terms and conditions as required within in the distance selling regulations act, the item MUST be returned in an un-used re-saleable condition as delivered and MUST be in its original packing including any remote controllers’ & instruction manuals ect, any missing parts/packing will be deducted from refund due, also if any item is returned for a refund outside the 14 day returns period (not including faulty goods) then any refund will only be given at our discretion plus a 26% restocking and handling fee will apply to the items original value (ex postage) all returns under the DSR 14 day cool off period must be received by us within 14 days after the day of receipt, if we sign for any item after 14 days a restocking fee applies, items must be returned by secure carriage again please remember we do not refund any return postage for any items returned under the 14 day cool off period unless faulty and under warranty, all warranty/faulty returns will be checked by the manufacture before we will issue any refunds, if the item is not faulty we will return the item to you NO refund, if the item has been damaged in any way we will return the item to you with NO refund! also if any items are returned for refunds in a used condition we will only offer a refund at our discretion and this maybe a partial refund in line with the items condition or we may return to the customer with no refund so please look after the product and packing if you intend to return!

please note: refunds can take upto 30 days.

PLEASE remember items returned and received back to us within the 14 day cool off period in as new condition are NOT charged any re-stocking fee!

WARRANTY RETURNS, all warranties are a manufactures warranty and are back to base.

Within the first 14 days from receipt we will pay for both *collection and return postal costs, smaller items to be returned via royal mail STANDARD parcels and we will refund the costs, EXCLUDES business post, SPECIAL DELIVERY & couriers other than royal mail's parcelforce should the item be to large or heavy for standard parcels, we will not pay any over inflated postal costs nor any extra packing materials, please keep proof of postage as the item is your responsibility until we have it back with us! after the first 14 days, the remaining 11 months & 2 weeks we will only pay to return the repaired or replaced item back to you, it is your the customers (consumers) responsibility to meet the postal cost to send the faulty item to us or the manufacture for service (Excludes floor standing jukeboxes, see below)

*applies to UK MAINLAND only (does not include northern or southern Ireland or any other part of the EU community or international location) also if you purchase an item that's delivered to a UK mainland address and later move taking the said item to an off UK mainland location all warranty returns costs both ways are the purchasers sole responsibility!

FLOOR STANDING JUKEBOXES.                                                                                                            All floor standing jukeboxes must be made ready for collection in the original packaging as in the statement above! we will arrange to collect the jukebox via courier at our **cost as this is costly and we would not expect the customer to pay for this, but if the original box and all internal packing have been discarded we cannot collect at our cost and you would need to make alternative arrangements to return the jukebox to the manufacture for warranty service and collect the jukebox once repairs are completed.

**PLEASE note before: the collection of any floor standing jukebox under warranty from any OFF the UK mainland location including northern Ireland /southern Ireland are the customers sole responsibility, we will ***assist in the collection and return but all courier costs must be paid for in full before your jukebox is returned! ***we do not assist in the collection of any items sent to any other EU or international country, all returns to the UK for what ever reason including warranty service are the consumers responsibility also including the return of the repaired/replaced item back to your location.

Any damaged in transit items must be notified within 24 hours of signature after this time we can not make any claims against the courier so please check upon delivery.

if the box is damaged or you feel the item could be damaged PLEASE sign for as DAMAGED or UNCHECKED and not your name, this is very important! once signed for you accept the item is in a satisfactory condition, if signed as damaged we stand a good chance in claiming once the driver has left, please inform anyone who is to sign for the item on your behalf.
