Some Information About NPCoin
A coin enthusiast since childhood, Anthony R. Gonzales, Sr. began serving the numismatic community professionally in 2005 when he opened NP Coin for business. NP Coin offers appraisal and consulting services, information and technical services, and helps to bring sellers and buyers together. NP Coin also offers a modest selection of affordable numismatic holdings and supplies.
Due to the high costs and risks involved with international mail, NP Coin mainly sells to buyers within the United States and offers international shipments upon a preapproval basis. NP Coin offers coins and products to buyers from other countries with a modest shipping and handling fee. However, due to the fact that most of our offerings are budget or low cost, it seems neither prudent, safe, nor effecient to ship outside of the U.S.
NP Coin may charge a nominal shipping fee on some items. Please consider any posted shipping fees when determining the overall price you are willing to pay for a coin or product. Also, feel free to contact us with any offers you may have on any of our offerings.
Returns are welcome. But, please understand that we are not a "try before you buy" or "on approval" service. It costs both time and money to manage inventory and bookkeeping when making sales and returns. Please obtain an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) before returning any coin or product to us. We offer a return priviledge of up to 30 days after your receipt of the product. Any returned item must be in its original condition: this, of course, does not apply to items received damaged through mailing. Damaged items must be reported to NP Coin immediately. Please make sure to inspect your items as soon as possible after receipt.
If any items are received damaged, please contact us immediately. We will either exchange or refund for any damaged items. Returns made for any other reason than damage or questionable authenticity may incur a processing and restocking fee. We understand that instances may occur where there is "buyer's remorse" or some other event that may result in the need to return purchased merchandise. NP Coin will work with you!
NP Coin accepts personal and company checks, money orders, and PayPal as payment for its services and products. We also accept other forms of payment we consider "in kind", or barter. We do not extend our return policy unconditionally on purchases made with "in kind" payment, except for items proven inauthentic. This includes payments made in form of barter with other numismatic items (medals, tokens, coins, banknotes, bullion, etc.), cryptocurrencies, services "in kind", and likewise.
